I would like to see a manual for daily processing.

Right now i have to guess and play with program to see how to do things.

For example:
How is order manager set up to do returns/exchanges at POS, or for website orders. How about returns on kits?

How to do this and that in order manager would be nice.

Exactly! I totally agree. There is very little documentation about performing common tasks in Order Manager.
