It is probably a Yahoo issue. I called SE and Yahoo and both are looking into it but it is probably Yahoo. We have escalated it but we know a couple SE/Yahoo customers are having the same issue. Thanks.

This does not sound like a Stone Edge problem, since nothing has changed in the Order Manager, and calls to Yahoo's payment API do not go thru our servers, they go directly to Yahoo.
