Nicolas,
We are looking for a report to print out inventory of nondropship items only. I would like for it to look like this report http://custom-reports.net/pdf/17-InventoryReport.pdf but only include the items that we stock (i.e. nondropship items). Is this something you can do? |

We had Nicolas create a report that would give us a list of our customers with their total spend for a given time period, and the amount spent for the same period for each of the previous three years. It is exportable to Excel, which allows us to see which customers are spending more or less based on their history.
Nicolas was very professional, and worked with me to tweak the report so that it did exactly what we needed it to do. I will definitely use him again! |

We need a report that will show all items that were done as re-orders and include all of the notes for those orders. We would want to be able to select a time frame for this report.
In our situation determining re-orders is done based on the absence of a Web Order number - if there is another way to determine that it would be fine as well. the only orders we have that do not have Web order numbers are re-orders. |

| i agree, i've been sending emails now for two weeks and have not received a response. i can only hope that the same issue won't exist with delivery of reports. |

Hi,
Just want to respond to the custom report guy "Nick". He created me reports for multi stores. He is really good, patience w his client and fast. I really recommended 'Nick' if you need any custom report for stoneedge order manager.

is it possible to make a report that would export:
customer id
customer info (name & address)
purchase date
order total
For each order placed in a specified date range to a spread sheet?
We want to use this for marketing purposes.
Just a few things we want to do:
Identify new customers, top customers, customer buying patterns/frequency, etc.

Is it possible to create the following reports with the following information?
A report similar to the credit card deposits summary report, but also includes all other forms of payment collected that day.
Also we like your example of the custom invoice, but need to add the following fields:
1. Ship date
2. Due date which equals 30 days from ship date
3. Footer area for our policies.
4. Text field for misc notes.
Also a report that would print all invoices with a balance due, within a date parameter. The date parameter would be date of order shipment.

Nicolas just finished a custom report for me on Sales Person Details Report with taxes for the POS section. It works great and the turnaround was fast, the price was extremely reasonable. He even installed it for me utilizing 'gotomypc' at no additional charge. He's great and I will definitely use him for more reports.

Nicolas just created two great reports for us and a custom packing slip.
1) Product Sold report that I can search on by anything in the name field. So if I want to pull a report of one brand that has say "widget" in the product name field it will pull and display totals sold for any product with widget in the product name field. It was a royal pain to use the built in stone edge report because you had to know the exact sku and it was very hard to generate a usefull report this way. I used the report today when ordering from suppliers so I would know exactly how many to order based on that products history. I also plan to use this report to set re order points for all my inventory. Now I can easily set a date range and get a list of quantity sold for a certain time frame on a certain product set.
2) Inventory Report. This report is similar to the above report where I can easily filter out a brand to run a inventory report on. I can search by anything in the name field or by supplier. This allows me to print specific inventory reports that I can give to my guys to spot check or do complete inventory checks in the warehouse. Nicolas also built in an excel export so we can then enter in the correct QOH in the spread sheet and upload it back to SE so we can maintain correct inventory levels.
3) Custom packing slip that shows kits a lot better. My warehouse guys were shipping double qtys because the packing slip built in to SE does not distinguish in any way when there is a kit. Now the main kit name is bolded and the parts that make up the kit are italized so there will be no more packing mistakes shipping kits.
I plan to have Nicolas do some more reports for me in the future as soon as we are settled in to our new warehouse.
