I would like to see other operations added, like returning items, exchanging items, processing back orders, cancelling back orders etc.(mainly what I call problem orders)
Along with screen shots of how to do these tasks in Order Manager.
I'm sure the office get calls all the time with people saying "exactly" how do I do this and that.
