Hi,
Recently we've encountered a strange issue. When we try to send out email from Stone Edge, the CPU usage of Outlook would spike to 100% along with ~5000 to 13000 page faults/sec, until the email message is created and placed in the Outbox of the Outlook, then everything goes back to normal. Normal Outlook operations do not seem to trigger this problem, so far it only happens when trying to send an email from Stone Edge Order Manager. I've tried disabling all add-ins for the Outlook, opening Outlook in safe mode, (using outlook /safe) even re-installed the Office suite, but the problem still persists. I was wondering if anyone have seem similar issues and has a solution to this. Thanks for any help in advance!
System: Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3 Office: MS Office 2003, Service Pack 3 StoneEdge: Order Manager - Enterprise Edition 5.611 |

| Why are you using Outlook to send email from the Order Manager? The prefered method is to use the Order Manager's built-in email system, which supports more features (e.g. attachments) than sending via Outlook, and also avoids those annoying security messages from Outlook. |
