This could be a useful bit of information for some: SEOM end-users can select which tax system to use (AvaTax, Order Manager or Custom) separately for Web orders, Manual Orders and POS Orders.
POS:
If you select AvaTax, the program will get tax data for each complete POS order. We suggest using AvaTax for POS if you have complex issues concerning which products are taxable. Otherwise, you can set a single local tax rate for POS orders and just use that (still respecting the Taxable flag on individual items in each order).
Web Orders:
AvaTax should be used for most/all implementations.
