We have used the new function sort invoice by SKU and it is what we want. The reason we need this is we currently use the invoice's for pick list in our warehouse. We have not found any other way of printing a pick list for each order separately. The pick list feature in OM currently prints every item for every order all together in one report. Not useful for us.
So the problem is it also sorts adjustments, coupons, and products not shipped with this and want this to always be at the bottom of the invoice. We noticed it is because they have Sku's that are invisible when printing, but it sorts them. Is there something we can do to either make them not sort when printing the SKU's in ascending order? We did have one person in our warehouse see if we could just change there sku to start with a Z, which would be a semi fix, but then we do not know what would need to be changed in coding for OM to use those Sku's the way they do now. I hope I am explaining this so maybe someone will understand and give me some advice. |
