When we use Dazzle or Endicia with Stone Edge we do not get the commercial based pricing as we do when we use USPS.com directly or Dazzle as a stand alone. Spoke with Kevin H (who was great) and he suggested it was a Dazzle problem. Spoke with Dazzle/Endicia and he showed me if I use their program WITHOUT using StoneEdge, we do in fact get the commercial based pricing. Kevin H emailed me asking if I found a solution to the problem (as he has another customer with same issue) and I have, just have no idea how to fix it! Need someone from StoneEdge to call me so we can finally get this resolved. ALL STONEEDGE customers who ship with Dazzle should check to see if they are getting the commercial rate. Compare with USPS.com.

We have no problems. Did you create a template in Dazzle that includes the "Use concatenate barcode" box checked under Delivery Confirmation tab in the Postage Options? Is this template the one you saved in SEOM for your shipping method?

Stone Edge setup our template for shipping. Yes, in Dazzle I have the use concatenate barcode box checked but according to Dazzle, Stone Edge trumps their program so if SE not set up correctly,,,,

I would use Dazzle to open the template that SE uses for your USPS, and be sure that concatenate barcode box is checked. As far as I know, this is the only thing that USPS requires to qualify for Commercial rates.

Thanks Calrayray, we already checked that side out. Have you checked pricing to be sure you are getting the commercial rate by going to www.usps.com and getting a price there and compare it to S.E.? The difference is a minimum of 15 cents per shipment when we use S.E. versus USPS.com. When I questioned S.E. they said it was a Dazzle prob, but when I use Dazzle separate from S.E. I get the commerical rate....hmmm

On all of our labels it says Commercial Base Pricing by the postage barcode, and for a 1 lb pkg we are charged $4.80.
